About Easy Korea Guide
Hello, and welcome to Easy Korea Guide.
I created this blog to help people from other countries understand everyday life in Korea more easily and feel more comfortable while living, studying, working, or traveling here.
Through my work, I have indirectly helped international students prepare to come to Korea for Korean language programs, university admission, and other study opportunities. During that time, I realized that adjusting to life in Korea can be much harder for foreign students than I had expected.
Many things that feel simple and obvious to Koreans can be confusing or difficult for people from other countries. Taking a bus, ordering food, using a convenience store, throwing away trash properly, or understanding small cultural habits and manners can sometimes feel stressful.
Seeing these situations made me think more deeply about what kind of information international visitors, students, and workers really need when they come to Korea.
Easy Korea Guide is a blog I created to share those small but useful answers.
I hope this blog can be helpful for foreign travelers visiting Korea, international students studying here, and foreign workers living and working in Korea. Whether you are staying in Korea for a short time or planning to live here longer, I want to provide practical information that can make your daily life a little easier.
On this blog, I write about useful tips for life in Korea, convenience stores, food, transportation, etiquette, student life, working life, and everyday situations that people from other countries may experience in Korea.
I also plan to introduce lesser-known Korean foods, hidden travel spots, places locals actually visit, and many small charms of Korea that international visitors might easily miss.
I am still learning and improving so that I can explain things more clearly and naturally. My hope is that this blog helps you save time, avoid everyday confusion, and feel more comfortable during your stay in Korea.
And if this blog gives me an opportunity to introduce you to the Korean language, everyday Korean life, and Korean culture, it would be a great joy and something I am truly grateful for.
I hope Easy Korea Guide helps you understand Korea better and enjoy your time here a little more.
Thank you for visiting.
